A bar member Malik Tariq Aziz has sent a legal notice to deputy registrar (judicial) of the Lahore High Court for not fixing his petition before any bench challenging proclamation of "Governor Rule" in the Punjab. He said according to the rules non-fixation of an urgent petition amounted to denial of justice.
Lawyer said he had been denied justice and being restraint to approach the court. He has asked the deputy registrar to explain within a day as to why the petition being denied. He has also sent a copy of the notice to Chief Justice Sayed Zahid Hussain.
