Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, has appointed Amer Khan as the airlines country manager for Pakistan. Based in Karachi, Khan will be responsible for managing the Abu Dhabi-based airlines commercial operations throughout the country.
He joins Etihad Airways from American Airlines, where for the last eight years he served as regional manager for the Middle East and Pakistan. Before that he worked as a business development manager at South African Airways. His career also includes spells working in the automotive and fast moving consumer goods industries.-PR
