Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani who is on an official visit to Saudi Arabia on Sunday called on King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, said an ISPR news release issued here. During the meeting matters of mutual interest were discussed.
King Abdullah during the meeting was highly appreciative of the unique and brotherly relations between the countries and assured continued support to Pakistan. Custodian of two holy mosques, King Abdullah asked the COAS to convey his special regards to people of Pakistan. He expressed his complete commitment to people of Pakistan and concluded the meeting by repeatedly saying "Pakistn Zindabad". COAS expressed his gratitude to the Saudi Government and people for exemplary support extended to Pakistan at all times. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintain and reinforce their grand strategic relationship.
