Motohide Yoshikawa, Japans special representative for assistance to Pakistan and Afghanistan, arrived here on Sunday on an official visit a few days ahead of this weeks Friends of Pakistan ministerial meeting and donors conferences in Tokyo.
During his stay, he will meet with President Zardari and discuss issues related to the two important events where Pakistan would seek international assistance for different sectors of economy.
