The joint security committee set up for Balochistan has submitted its recommendations and a policy is being prepared in its light. This was stated by Prime Minister, Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani, here on Tuesday. Talking to reporters, he said that a committee has been formed for the National Finance Commission (NFC) Award and after a meeting with the President, a final decision would be taken in this regard.
Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani also said that political cases of Baloch leaders have been withdrawn. He further stated that there would be no drone attacks on Balochistan. The Prime Minister said that salary of policemen would be equal in all the four provinces and directive to this effect have been issued to the Ministry of Finance.
