For effective security arrangements in the capital, Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has issued stickers to those Public Service Vehicles (PSVs) who have completed all the required documents.
The ITP will not allow (PSVs) to ply in the Capital without sticker being issued by it, directing the PSVs owners/drivers to get sticker within a week time, otherwise strict action will be taken against vehicles having no sticker, it was stated by SSP Traffic Division, Islamabad Dr Sultan Azam Temuri during stickers pasting ceremony held in ITP Headquarters on Tuesday.
According to details, Islamabad Traffic Police is going to manage a data base of public service vehicles (PSVs), ie, mini-buses, wagons, taxis and other vehicles after checking fitness certificate, route permit, registration book and other relevant papers of the vehicles and issued stickers which will be pasted on front screen.
