I want to bring in to notice of Imran Khan a few things. For most of the young generation, Imran Khan was supposed to be a role model, forward looking and a learned person with immense international exposure, but his views in politics are very disappointing.
Today, if whole nation is supporting Pakistan government and army operation against the extremists, Taliban, then he should be able to understand the writing on the wall ie Pakistani nation is tired of these extremists and they want to get rid of them. As usual, some religious organisations are opposing it and fooling the nation again in the name of Islamic brotherhood and anti-American feelings.
They simply are doing this against the wishes of the nation and that is why these religious organisations never get even small representation in the National Assembly. If Imran Khan can understand and realise that if he goes along peoples' wishes then he will benefit. But opposing this issue (war against terror) like religious parties will damage his political career and will harm his standing. He will be a big loser politically if he does not change his policy.
