Deawoo bus service has launched its service from Faisalabad to Karachi here on Friday. DCO Saeed Wahlah inaugurated the bus service here at Deawoo Bus Terminal. Senior Admn Officer Liaqat Ali Chatha, Secretary DRTA Rai Wajid Ali, Manager Deawoo Abdul Basit and others concerned were present on the occasion.
Expressing his views, the DCO said that the people trusted on the quality and comfortable travelling services in this era of competition. He said that the Deawoo Company had given another choice to the passengers by starting the bus service from Faisalabad to Karachi.
Manager Abdul Basit informed that daily three buses would leave to Karachi via Jhang, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rahimyarkhan, Sukkar, Moro and Hyderabad for which the fair of single passenger was being charged of Rs 1820/-. He said the travel time would be around 20 hours during which the passengers would be provided meal.
