After a decade, ‘Pepsi Battle of the Bands’ is back. It all looks very exciting. It’s also a refreshing change from Coke Studio - the only other major musical platform that the country has. Coke Studio however will be back very soon with its 10th season.

Pepsi battle of the bands kicks off with auditions of some talented singers from the country, where people saw many aspiring singers, a band named ‘Khamaaj’ stands out among all. It appeared in second episode of the audition and impressed the masses to a greater level. However, fans left extremely disappointed when the judges panel including Fawad Khan, Meesha Shafi and Farooq Ahmed eliminate the band.

‘Khamaaj’ performed their original ‘Bezubaan’. The song consists of some really mature lyrics, and by some miles had the best vocal quality from the lead singer.

Twitter was immediately flooded with tweets praising the band and questioning the judgment of the deciding panel.
