Acting Commissioner Faisalabad Division Saeed Wahlah has assigned new targets of recovery of agriculture income tax, water bills and other government dues to Revenue Officers and directed them to achieve 100 percent recovery within next 15 days. He was presiding over a meeting of Revenue Officer of the Faisalabad Division in which pace of recovery of dues was reviewed.
Wahlah directed that legal action should be taken against the chronic defaulters and properties of the defaulters should be attached in case of non-payment of government arrears. He also directed removal of encroachments by taking action against the land grabbers. He urged upon the revenue officers for early disposal of revenue cases, verification of mutations and other revenue matters.
