The National Database and Registration Authority, Nadra has started the registration of IDPs of Swat and Malakand in Sindh. Nadra's GM Sindh, Brigadier Shakeel Ahmed (Retd) co-ordinated various aspects in his meeting with the Special Home Secretary, Kamran Dost held at Nadra's PHQ in Karachi.
Arrangements have been made at the existing NSRCs in Karachi: Baldia, Landhi, Site and Safforah, two in Hyderabad, Qasimabad and Lateefabad, where the staff members have been instructed in this regard and banners have also been placed, while special counters have been set up at these four registration centres. Nadra Sindh GM said that IDP's will be registered through special software designed for this purpose.-PR
