Senior Provincial Minister, Raja Riaz Ahmad, has said that Pakistan People's Party (PPP) will soon succeed in strengthening its roots in the province of Punjab. Moreover, despite difficult time, PPP leadership is determined not to impose any new tax in coming budget. He was talking to a delegation of PPP workers at his office, here on Thursday.
Senior Minister said that workers are the asset of the party and the PPP leadership holds such workers in great esteem who had made sacrifices for the party. He said that PPP is the only political party in the country whose leadership and workers had laid down their lives for sustaining party ideology.
Raja Riaz Ahmad said that he has met Governor Salmaan Taseer and stressed the need for maintaining a close contact with the masses for spreading the message of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto to every corner of the country.
