It looks like Paris Saint Germain (PSG) haven’t stopped after signing Neymar, now the French giants are all set to sign local sensation Kylian Mbappe for a staggering £160million.

Spanish side Real Madrid had been favourites to land the Monaco starlet after he burst on to the scene last season.

According to The Sun, the Qatari-backed French side who have won the race, with PSG’s players told that the 18-year-old is set to be unveiled at the Parc des Princes as soon as Monday.

And the mega £360m double swoop is set to turn Ligue 1 into a one-team procession while PSG aim to slay the best in Europe.

However, Monaco had been insistent they wanted to hold on to the teenager despite the interest from Real.

But Mbappe’s father convinced Monaco to let the youngster leave this summer instead of hanging on for another 12 months.

That gave PSG the green light to begin negotiations over a mega-deal for the striker, with agreement reached swiftly once they were happy to match Madrid’s offer.

The signing is another huge statement of intent by PSG after they landed Neymar from Barcelona in a deal that saw questions asked over Uefa’s Financial Fair Play regime.

In total, PSG have spent a eye-watering £372.5m this summer, with Spanish left-back Yuri Berchiche (£14.5m) and Brazilian right-back Dani Alves (free) also arriving in the French capital.
