Marriage ceremony of former Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar's daughter was held here on Friday night at a local hotel. Daughter of Justice Abdul Hameed Dogar, Saba Hameed Dogar was married to Umar Mustafa Dogar son of (late) Sardar Mustafa Dogar.
The marriage ceremony was attended by Chief Minister Sindh Syed Qaim Ali Shah, Federal Interior Minister Rehman A Malik, Federal Ministers Syed Khurshid Shah, Dr Babar Awan, Justice (Retd) Abdul Razzaq Thaheem, Syed Nayyar Hussain Bukhari, President Pakistan Muslim League-Q Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Senior Minister Sindh Pir Mazhar ul Haq besides a number of Senate members, Members of the National and Provincial Assemblies.
A large number of Judges of the Supreme Court including Justice Sardar Muhammad Raza Khan, Justice Faqir Muhammad Khan, Justice M Javed Buttar, Justice Zia Pervez, Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan, Justice Chaudhry Ijaz Yousaf, Justice Syed Zawwar Hussain Jaffery, Justice Syed Sakhi Hussain Bukhari, Justice Sheikh Hakim Ali, Justice Farrukh Mehmood and Justice Mian Hamid Farooq besides a number of retired judges of the Supreme Court also attended the marriage ceremony.
Chief Election Commissioner former Justice Hamid Ali Mirza, Secretary of the Election Commission Kanwar Muhammad Dilshad also attended. Judges from the Lahore High Court, High Court of Sindh and Islamabad High Court including Justice Syed Qalb-e-Hassan, Justice Raja Saeed Akram, Justice Muneer Paracha, Justice Muhammad Ramazan Chaudhry, Justice Khalid Ali Qazi, Justice Ismael Bhutto, Justice Syed Zulfiqar Ali Bukhari, Justice Muhammad Ahsan Bhoon and others attended the ceremony.
Two former Chief Justices of the Supreme Court Justice Irshad Hassan Khan and Justice Sheikh Muhammad Riaz, Attorney General Sardar Muhammad Latif Khan Khosa, former Attorney General Malik Muhammad Qayyum, Senior Advocate Abdul Hafeez Pirzada, Ashraf Wahla Advocate, Vice Chairman Balochistan Bar Council, Kamran Murtaza Advocate and a large number of lawyers from all over the country were also present in the ceremony.
