The Swiss franc was near flat against the euro after Switzerland's exports beat analysts' expectations in July. The franc was almost unchanged against the euro compared with the New York close, trading at 1.5169 per euro at 0716 GMT. The franc was down 0.1 percent against the dollar at 1.0662 per dollar.
