The government of Sindh, in exercise of the powers conferred under section 144 Cr.PC, has imposed ban on operation of all illegal hydrants/water connections within the limits of City District Government Karachi for a period of 60 days with immediate effect.
According to a press release, any violation of the orders shall attract penal action under section 188 of the Pakistan Penal Code while all the SHOs have been directed to take action against the violators in accordance with applicable laws.-PR
