Transfers and postings

The Punjab government has transferred and posted the following officers here on Saturday. Farooq Ahmad Hashmi, Deputy Director Agriculture (Training), IATI, Sargodha, has been transferred and posted as EDO (Agriculture), Mandi Bahauddin, against a vacant post.
Ghulam Abbas Razi, Senior Subject Matter Specialist (FM&FE), Agriculture Research Form, Vehari, has been transferred and posted as EDO (Agriculture), Muzaffargarh, against a vacant post Mushtaq Ahmed, Deputy Director, Agriculture (Training), IATI, Sargodha, has been transferred and posted as EDO (Agriculture), D.G.Khan, against a vacant post.
Ahmad Kamal Maan, District Monitoring Officer, Nankana Sahib, has been transferred and posted as Section Officer, C&W Department, against a vacant post Saima Afzal, DDO (Revenue), Renala Khurd, District Okara, has been transferred and directed to report to S&GAD to attend the Training Programme for Overseas Fellows 2009-2010 scheduled to be held in Institute of Developing Economics Advanced School (IDEAS) Jetro, Japan from 27th September, 2009 27th March, 2010.
Haroon Ahmad Khan, OSD, S&GAD, Punjab, has been posted as Director General (Archaeology), S&GAD, Punjab, against a vacant post. Perveen Qamar, Professor of Home Economics/Principal, Government Ayesha Degree College for Women, Timber Market, Lahore, has been transferred and posted as Principal (BS-20), Government College for Women, Gulberg, Lahore, against a vacant post.
Abdul Rahim, OSD, S&GAD, Punjab, has been relieved of his duties in Government of the Punjab, to report to Intelligence Bureau, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad for further orders.
Bashir Latif, Associate Professor of Chemistry, Government College Muzaffargarh, has been promoted to the rank of Professor of Chemistry on regular basis in his cadre and upon promotion he has been allowed to continue at his present place of posting as Principal/Professor of Chemistry against an upgraded post as personal to him and for so long at it is held by him. Rana Basharat Ali, awaiting posting, Agriculture Department has been posted as EDO (Agriculture). Hafizabad against a vacant post.
Notification posting Waqar Ahmad Khan, OSD, S&GAD, Punjab, as EDO (Community Development) Chiniot, against a vacant post, has been held in abeyance.
Lieutenant General Syed Sabahat Hussain (Retd) has been appointed as Member, Punjab Public Service Commission, Lahore, subject to clearance/NOC from Ministry of Defence, against an existing vacancy. LieutenantGeneral Syed Sabahat Hussain (Retd) has been appointed as Chairman, Punjab Public Service Commission, Lahore, relieving Shahzad Hassan Prvez (Retd) Member, Punjab Public Service Commission Lahore, of the charge of Acting Chairman, Punjab Public Service Commission.
Zafar Iqbal Mirza, EDO (Agriculture) Sargodha, has been promoted to the rank of Director EDO (Agriculture) on regular basis in his cadre and upon promotion he has been allowed to continue at his present place of posting.
Liaqat Ali, Agriculture Economist, presently working as EDO (Agriculture) Sajowal, has been promoted to the rank of Director/EDO (Agriculture) on regular basis in his cadre and upon promotion he has been transferred and posted as EDO (Agriculture), Rajanpur, against a vacant post.
Raees Ahmad Raees, District Officer (OFWM), presently working as EDO (Agriculture) Lodhran, has been promoted to the rank of Director/EDO (Agriculture) on regular basis in his cadre and upon promotion has been allowed to continue at his present place of posting.
Muhammad Sadiq Raza, District Officer (OFWM), presently working as EDO (Agriculture) Layyah, has been promoted to the rank of Director/EDO (Agriculture) on officiating basis and upon promotion he has been allowed to continue at his present place of posting. Chaudhry Khalid Mahmood, EDO (Agriculture), Rahim Yar Khan has been transferred and repatriated to his parent department ie Agriculture Department for further posting.
