Eid celebration get together was organised for special children of Al-Shifa Trust School and Centre for Rehabilitation. Managing Director PIA, Captain Mohammad Aijaz Haroon along with his wife and children attended the Eid day at the school, with the students and their parents.
Enthralling performance was given by the special children wearing traditional dresses of the four provinces of country; dressed in regional costumes performed comedy skits, tableau and a short play based on nursery rhymes. Later, Managing Director PIA, Captain Mohammad Aijaz Haroon, Mrs Haroon, son Ahmad Ali Haroon and daughter Fatima Batool Haroon distributed sweets and Eid gifts among the special children.
Managing Director PIA visited the school and extended all out support to the school. He directed the school administration to immediately start the construction of the building to accommodate the special children. He also announced a 20 percent increase in the salary of employees of Al-Shifa Trust. The function was attended by Parents of the Special Children, School Administration and senior officials of the airline.-PR
