He said that the US also wants access to any Pakistani including parliamentarians.
"The bill was not passed so far but it divided our civil and military departments, he said. The PML-Q leader claimed that the US and western countries were running a regular campaign and propaganda against our ISI. He also claimed that India was creating anarchy in the province of Balochistan but the government failed to compel the US to impose conditions on it to stop interaction in the affairs of Pakistan.

He said that Pakistan army showed reservations regarding the bill give a big responsibility to parliament to decide about it while keeping to the interest of the nation and country.

Opposition member, Aftab Ahmad Khan Sherpao said that if we accept this bill, the role of America would be increased in the internal affairs of Pakistan. "If we accept the conditionalities of the bill then it would be shameful for us."
"The conditionalities in the bill are negligence of our lobbyists or their mollified intentions to impose such strong terms and condition on Pakistan. If we get one dollar, we will bound practically to accept these terms and condition of the bill," he said. He said that it was defining moment for the parliament. "We should think in the interest of the country and nation, he said.
