Federal Information Minister Qamar Zaman Kaira was reluctant to answer a question regarding taking into detention of American nationals on Monday from F-8 sector of Islamabad and gave an impression of complete ignorance of the incident.
The Minister in reply to a question regarding the misbehaviour of security guards with ministers said that the security of many ministers was further enhanced as there are threats and terrorists have fixed head money on many ministers. But Kaira declined to give the names of the ministers having head money saying that at least his name is not in the list.
