Governor NWFP in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Article 139 of the Constitution of Pakistan has directed to make further amendments in the North West Frontier Province Government Rules of Business 1985.
According to the amendments made in schedule 1, the Communication and Works Department shall be attached with office of Chief Engineer Centre, office of Chief Engineer North and office of Chief Engineer Central Design Office and their heads would be called as Chief Engineer Centre, Chief Engineer North and Chief Engineer Central Design office respectively. Similarly, Public Health Engineering Department shall be attached with office of Chief Engineer North and Office of Chief Engineer South and their heads would be called as Chief Engineer North and Chief Engineer South respectively.
