Government Girls Higher Secondary School Samanabad has won the inter-tehsil Volleyball (Girls) tournament defeating Kinnaird Girls High School on Wednesday. The event was organised under Chief Minister's Punjab Sports Programme. Chief Minister's Sports Volleyball (Boys) Tournament's final was played between Government High School Mozang and Government High School Attokay Awan Lahore Cantt.
In this match, Government High School Mozang defeated Government High School Attokay Awan by 25-18, 25-15 and 25-10. This tournament was played on the basis of best of five games.
Similarly, Badminton (Boys) tournament was played between Government Chistiya High School, Tehsil city Lahore and Model High School, Tehsil Model Town whereas Badminton (Girls) Competitions held between Government Higher Secondary School (Girls), Tehsil, City Lahore and Darul Atfaal Girls High School, Tehsil Model Town. In Badminton (Boys) competition, Shuja-ur-Rehman of Government Chistiya High School defeated Arsalan Ahmed of Model High School by 10-21, 21-15 and 21-13.
