Forex scam: bail application of the accused: hearing adjourned to December 16

The hearing of bail application of Hanif S Kalia, one of the directors of Khanani and Kalia, money exchange company, was adjourned till December 16 by a division bench of High Court of Sindh (SHC) comprising Chief Justice Sarmad Jalal Osmany and Justice Sajjad Ali Shah here on Friday.
The adjournment came as former Justice Rasheed A Razvi, counsel for applicant was busy before Supreme Court of Pakistan. All other counsels were present when the matter was taken up. On Friday State counsel was poised to submit his arguments in the bail plea. The applicant accused faces trial in case of illegal banking, flight of foreign exchange from Pakistan, fraud and cheating.
