A five member delegation of elected representatives from Fata called on the NWFP Governor Owais Ahmed Ghani here on Wednesday and discussed with him over law and order situation in the tribal areas and well being of its people. The delegation was consisted of Zafar Bhittani MNA, Sajid Hussain Turi MNA, Chairman Standing Committee on States and Frontier Regions Shaukatullah, Parliamentary Secretary IT, Jawad Hussain and Parliamentary Secretary Safron Muhammad Kamran Khan.
Over all situations in tribal areas and the government's development initiatives for the wellbeing of tribal populace were mainly focused in discussion during the meeting. The parliamentarians expressed full confidence in the efforts undertaken by the Governor for peace and progress in Fata and assured him whole hearted support and co-operation in this regard.
