Chicago Board of Trade grains and soy complex at 10:24 am CST (1624 GMT) on Friday. March wheat down 1 cent at $4.98-1/2 per bushel. Pressured by Obama's proposal to restrict bank's ability to invest or trade in commodities. Burdensome world wheat supplies also continue to hang over the market.
But strong weekly export sales underpin values. USDA reported export sales of US wheat in the latest week at 886,300 tonnes, above estimates for 250,000 to 350,000 tonnes. March corn down 3 cents at $3.69 per bushel. March soyabeans down 3 cents at $9.51 per bushel.
