Kalb-i-Abbas, Officer on Special Duty has been promoted to BS-21 in that service and upon promotion he has been posted as Additional Inspector General of Police, Punjab Elite Police Force. According to an official here on Friday, the post of DIG, Punjab Elite Police Force, has been upgraded/re-designated as Additional Inspector General of Police, personal to Kalb-i-Abbas as long as it is held by him.
