A division bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) suspending an order of the single bench Tuesday stayed the restoration of 3 Pakistan Cricket Board officials and issued notices to respondents for March 24.
The division bench issued stay on an appeal of PCB through its counsel Taffazul H Rizvi against the restoration of Colonel Muhammad Pervez (Retd), G.M Admin, Major Javed Manj (Retd), Manager Estate & Recoveries and Major Ahmad Anwar (Retd), Manager Cricket Operations. The officials were terminated by former chairman PCB Nasim Ashraf in 2008 and a single bench of the LHC had suspended the board's order, restoring the officials.
