IBA Marketing Club proudly presented for the first time in the history of IBA, a marketing conference called "Brandorama 2010" on March 7th at the Marriott Hotel, Karachi. Brandorama revolved around the theme "the grandeur of branding."
The day segmented into three sessions. Sohail Zindani kick started the day with branding and its importance to Pakistan and rolled into the first session, "BrandSpeak." Qaiser Sharif, Country Manager P&G talked about P&G's initial foray into Pakistan and how marketing has changed since.
Sarfaraz Rehman, CEO Engro Foods used football metaphors to drive the critical success factors of branding home, followed by Shoaib Qureshi, CEO Bull's Eye and his interesting views on Brand driven TV content. Pakistan Country Consultant for Google, Badar Khushnood shared his views on the paradigm shift of marketing towards the digital medium and the session ended with some creative out of box thinking by Ahsan Ahmed, Head of Business Development of Pizza Hut.-PR
