The Secretary Election Commission of Pakistan,(ECP) Ishtiaq Ahmad Khan, has said that former Justice Hamid Ali Mirza, Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan has ordered the Chief Secretary, Punjab for making necessary arrangements for the patrolling by Rangers along with Regular Police Force for bye-election in the constituency No PP-259 Muzaffargarh-IX, on polling day, ie, May 15, 2010 to avoid any untoward incident and to make fool proof security arrangements.
