The trading in Kirana items closed higher on Jodia Bazar here on Wednesday. The following changes were noted.
KIRANA ITEMS (Per 40 kg): Black pepper Singapore edged up by Rs 1,300 to Rs 12,600, black pepper Ceylon finished higher by Rs 1300 to Rs 12,600, black pepper Brazil went up by Rs 1,200 to Rs 13,000, mace ended higher by Rs 8000 to Rs 52,000, nutmeg moved upward by Rs 600 to Rs 18,600 and small cardamom was quoted at Rs 78,000.
