Shadab says sorry to Shoaib's wife Sania

It looks like Shadab Khan has realised he might have spoiled husband and wife moment for cricketer Shoaib Malik and Sania Mirza, when he rode pillion with Shoaib on his brand new sports bike and dejected his wife.

Indian tennis superstar Sania, who came to Lahore to support Pakistan team with her husband, was very anxious to go on a ride with hubby after he won the motorcycle as Man of the Series award after winning the series against Sri Lanka on Sunday.

Sania tweeted a picture of Malik and wrote, “Chalen phir is pe?? [Should we go for a ride on this then?] #MOM #Manoftheseries @realshoaibmalik.”

However, she tweeted again and expressed disappointment (or should we say annoyance) that the seat was already taken by none other than Shadab.

The 19-year-old [Shadab] soon realised that he spoiled husband-wife moment for Sania and Shoaib by taking the spot instead of letting the cricketer's wife sit with him. Immediately Shadab apologised with a tweet saying, “Ooops, sorry bhabi.”

Pakistan managed to clean sweep Sri Lanka in the three-match Twenty20 international series, with the last match played in Lahore.

Shoaib was star of the third and last game of the series with his blistering batting. He was awarded with both Man of the match and Man of the series awards.
