On the call of central leadership of Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz (JSQM) a shutter down strike was observed here on Friday in protest of water shortage crisis, the opening of Chashma Jhelum Canal and illegal and unconstitutional demonstration over Indus Water by Punjab.
All the trade centres remained closed during the strike. On the occasion, the activists of Jeay Sindh Qaumi Mahaz-JSQM also took out the protest rally led by Sami Bilali in city.
