The Higher Education Commission (HEC) on Monday declared two more degrees of the members of the Punjab Assembly as bogus. In the latest development, the HEC declared the graduation degrees of PML-Q's Shaukat Aziz Bhatti and PML-N's Rana Abdul Rauf as bogus.
Bhatti had submitted a degree, which was issued by the Punjab University, whereas Rauf had submitted a degree which was issued by the University of Balochistan. The PML-Q's member was elected in the provincial assembly from PP-4, while the PML-N's member was elected from PP-279 Bahawalpur-III, in the general elections 2008.
