Chairman Pakistan Poultry Association (PPA) Raza Khursand has stated 90 percent of controlled shed poultry farmer ignored the technical aspects of poultry farming. He cautioned the poultry entrepreneurs if they do not pay heed over proper diagnosis, vaccination and medication they will be eliminated from the poultry business within 3 years.
He was expressing in a workshop titled Broiler Farming on Thursday at conference Hall of University of Veterinary And Animal Sciences (UVAS). Director Poultry Tec International Dr Jamshed Ismail, Dean faculty of life sciences business management Dr Muhammad Aleem, Dean faculty of animal production and technology Dr Talat Naseer Pasha, UVAS-VC Professor Dr Muhammad Nawaz spoke on the occasion.
UVAS-vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Muhmmad Nawaz explained that university is providing technical workshops and seminars for the entrepreneurs to contribute in the National Kitty. "After textile poultry sector growth is unprecedented and growing rapidly".
