Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that the meeting of Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee for sighting the crescent of Ramazan-ul-Mubarak, 1431 Hijri will be held on Wednesday. The meeting will be held in the building of Pakistan Meteorological Department, Karachi whereas the Zonal/District Ruet-e-Hilal Committees will hold meetings at their respective places on the same date and time.
All information about the position of crescent will be conveyed to the Chairman, Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee at Karachi on Cell 0300-9285203 and Phone Numbers 021-5688307, 021-9204761, 021-5684550, 021-99261404 (Met Department) for final announcement. The Chairman Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee will announce the decision of crescent sighting or otherwise subsequently on the basis of information received to this end.
