Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre is organising an Iftar dinner in honour of its donors and well wishers on Monday, August 30, 2010, at the hospital. Imran Khan, Chairman, Board of Governors, Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust, will be the chief guest on the occasion and the event is expected to be attended by a large number of donors and supporters of the Hospital.
This Iftar dinner is part of the Hospital's Zakat Collection Campaign launched for the collection of funds for its patients. It is pertinent to mention here that the total amount of Zakat collected will, as usual, be spent on the free treatment of deserving cancer patients.-PR
