Shahid Soorty has been elected as chairman of Pakistan Denim Manufactories and Exports (PDMEA) for the year 2010-11. While Mirza Ishtiaq Baig elected as Vice Chairman (Sindh) and Siddiq Bhatti as vice chairman Punjab.
Other who have been elected as member of executive committee body includes Amanullah Kassim, Yaqoob Ahmed, Shaheen Merchant, Rana Zahid Tauseef, Hanif Machera, Saqib Riaz Tata and Iqbal H Agha Dr Mirza Ikhtair Baig congratulated elected chairman, vice chairmen and members of the executive committee. He advised newly elected members to make efforts to get market access to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and OIC countries.-PR
