Grams rates moved both ways on the wholesale grain and seed market on Wednesday, dealers said. On the grams side, grams Australia low type gained Rs 200 to Rs 4950 and best type picked up Rs 150 to Rs 5150. Gram 50x50 low type rose Rs 100 to Rs 5300 while the good type retained the overnight level at Rs 5400, gram dal 50x50 inferior type rose by 100 to Rs 6000 and best type picked by Rs 200 to Rs 6200.
Yellow peas Canada, however, shed Rs 100 to Rs 3000-3150 and yellow peas dal low type was down by Rs 100 3400 and superior type was lower by Rs 120 to Rs 3550, they said. On the rice sector, Irri-6 Sindh gained Rs 25 to Rs 3175-3200, other items maintained the overnight level, dealers said. On the seeds side, castorseeds Nawabshah gained Rs 75 to Rs 2075-2100, they added.
