ABOUT US: Pak Oman Investment Company Limited is a specialised Financial Institution formed as a joint venture between the Governments of Pakistan and Sultanate of Oman in July 2001. The company has equal equity participation by each sovereign sponsor of Rs 3.075 billion with a total paid up capital of Rs 6.15 billion and a professional and independent Board formed primarily from the private sector.
Pak Oman facilitates investments to promote various sectors and acts as a financial link between the Sultanate of Oman and Pakistan. The company has successfully diversified its areas of growth by the launch of Pak Oman Asset Management Company and Pak Oman Microfinance Company.
Pak Oman has a long term credit rating of AA+ and a Corporate Governance Rating 9. It is a well knit entity committed to building businesses and facilitating institutions in achieving their financial objectives.

GROUP VIEW Within a short span of time, Pak Oman Investment Company has diversified into new areas of growth. This is evident from the launch of Pak Oman Microfinance Bank and Pak Oman Asset Management Bank. SERVICES Pak Oman Investment Company provides governments and corporations with investment services, including buying, selling, and trading securities, managing assets, and giving financial advice. The services offered by the bank are divided into three core departments each offering a portfolio of their own.
SUPPORT Support departments help facilitate the profit-centres maximise their output. At Pak Oman Investment Company support departments play a pivotal role in assisting the profit centres
BRANCH OPERATIONS Within a short period Pak Oman Investment Company has opened offices in Lahore, Islamabad, Gwadar and Muscat. Pak Oman is the first Joint Venture Company to take the initiative of establishing an international office. This has helped the company in being closer to the hub of industrial and financial activities and maintains a closer liaison with our existing and potential customers. All branches offer all of Pak Oman's products and services.
