The government on Thursday notified two holidays in connection with 9th and 10th Muharrum-ul-Harram falling on December 16 and 17 (Thursday and Friday). The notification has been issued in pursuance of the announcement of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee regarding the commencement of new Islamic year.
