Wheat, corn and soyabean futures on the Chicago Board of Trade fell Friday after the US Agriculture Department raised its estimates of US wheat and corn ending stocks in a monthly report. USDA cut its estimate of US 2010/11 soyabean stocks but was not as aggressive as some analysts had predicted.
CBOT trends at 10:23 am CST (1623 GMT) on Thursday. December wheat down 4-3/4 cents at $7.43-1/2 a bushel; March down 6-1/2 at $7.82. Pressure from USDA's December supply/demand report that showed US wheat ending stocks above estimates. KCBT March down 4-3/4 cents at $8.39; MGEX March spring wheat down 1 at $8.73. December corn down 5-3/4 cents at $5.54-1/2 per bushel; March down 5-1/2 at $5.68-3/4. January soyabeans down 9 cents at $12.72-1/2 per bushel.
