Power generation decreased to 1500MW due to intense fog in the country. A spokesman of Pakistan Electric Power Company (PEPCO) has said that this unexpected loss in power generation due to weather conditions has forced the management to prolonged loadshedding hours.
However, the spokesman assured that all effort were being made to ensure that the gap between supply and demand of power was reduced so that economic and social activity remain unaffected.
