The Training Needs Assistant (TNA) workshop held at IBA Sukkur auditorium on December 28, 2010 under the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Programme (BBSYDP) with the help of International Labour Organisation (ILO). That was the last TNA workshop of the series. Earlier, similar TNA workshops were conducted at Karachi, Hyderabad and other districts of Sindh.
The idea of conducting TNA workshops is quite interesting and challenging as only a few organisations presented themselves for further improvement that ultimately is more beneficial for such organisations. The phase-I of BBSYDP training has been completed while its Phase-II is nearing completion. No doubt, the BBSYDP is the key program for eliminating poverty and to improve the standard of living of the poor.
