Lahore High Court here Tuesday directed the railways authorities to pay salaries of legal advisers, that were not paid last month, by February 14. On the petition of advocate Arshad Virk, the court also warned railways high-ups of holding salaries of officers of grade 17 to grade 22 if the respondents are not paid by the said date.
An executive officer of the department assured the court of paying the advisers by the said deadline on which further hearing of the case was put off.
