KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) reserved its judgment about the leak of National Testing Service (NTS) test paper for medical colleges and universities here on Thursday.

A division bench including Justice Muneeb Akhtar and Justice Umer Siyal heard a petition pertaining to the NTS test paper leak.

The Additional Advocate General Sindh Mustafa Mahesar pleading in the court said that the provincial government has right to intervene in matters.

He said that a report of a committee formed by Sindh Chief Minister is also on record.

On the other hand, the petitioner informed the court that the test paper was leaked out through Whatsapp and they have nothing to do with that.

It is pertinent to mention that some students through their counsels have prayed in the court that students who have passed the same NTS test are being punished due to the leak. They said that Sindh Chief Minister has no power to interfere with matters of the NTS and a notification to postpone the test issued by the provincial government should be suspended.
