The Lahore High Court here Monday has made transfer and postings among four civil judges-cum-judicial magistrates. According to a notification civil judge-cum- judicial magistrate Shahzaz Ahmed has been transferred from Vehari to Mailsi, Shazib Dar from Pattoki to Vehari, WAqar Mansoor from Chiniot to Bhowana and Babar Hussain from Chiniot to Lalian.
All the officers shall assume charge of their new office on or before February 10. In the meanwhile, the transfers of M/s Shainshah Raza Kamal and Muhammad Masood Asghar civil judges from Chiniot to Bhowana and Laian respectively made vide a notification dated February 2 have been cancelled by the Lahore High Court.
Meanwhile, pursuant to the request of the Punjab government the Lahore high Court on Monday placed the services of Muhammad Khalid Nawaz, district and sessions judge (awaiting posting), at the disposal of government of the Punjab for his posting as Presiding Officer, District Consumer Court, Lahore in place of D&SJ Ijaz Ali who has been repatriated. Unless directed otherwise, the officer shall stand repatriated to this court (LHC) on completion of three years.
