The final post-mortem report of slain Minister for Minorities Affairs, Shahbaz Bhatti revealed that Bhatti received 30 bullets on his body, which struck at his brain, heart, lungs and liver. Doctors' team completed the postmortem of the slain Minister at Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences and handed it postmortem report over to investigation team.
The postmortem report revealed that Bhatti had not been shot from a point-blank range and the bullets broken his several bones as well. A detailed postmortem report reveals the assassins have pumped bullets into body of the Minister from very close range and 30 bullet holes were found in the body of the minister at different parts, while nine bullets were taken out of the minister's body.A board consisting of five-doctor did the postmortem of the deceased Minister, who revealed that most of the bullet wounds were on the torso-chest and shoulders.
