Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) has approved Model Town Football Academy (MTFA)'s President Mian Rizwan Ali to act Liaison Officer of Match Commissioner Hassan Ghaffari (Iran) of Pakistan-Malaysia Olympic Football Qualifier second leg clash to be staged at Lahore's Punjab Stadium on 9th March 2011.
After 0-2 reverse at Shah Alam Stadium in Selangor, Pakistan needed clearcut 3-0 win or 5-2 in case of high scoring match. Malaysia will content with a simple draw or 0-1, 1-2, 1-3 scoreline in case of defeat. The 2-0 scoreline in favour of Pakistan would send the match into thirty minutes extra time and penalties. Lebanon's Mazen Ramadan was MC during the first leg at Shah Alam stadia on 23 February 2011.
Rated as Pakistan's Best Commissioner in Pakistan Premier League since 2006 in soccer society, he was also Match Commissioner of Lahore's Pakistan-Palestine clash on 1 March 2011 at Punjab Stadium, Ferozpur Road. Mian Rizwan won the heart of PFF management last year when he topped PFF Match Commissioner Workshop at Lahore in Non-FIFA Referee segment and later on showed fine work as MC during PEL's 15 home encounters in PPFL 2010.
