The Lahore High Court (LHC) here on Wednesday called for a reply from Ogra and the Federal Government within two weeks, in a petition challenging the recent raise in the petroleum prices. The petitioner Mateenul Haq Chaudhry advocate contended that instead of cutting back on their own expenditure and luxuries, the rulers are keeping the masses in pain by repeating increase in the POL prices.
He therefore, prayed to the court to direct the respondents to recall the decision and reverse the prices.
