Following procedure will apply until further orders:
--- Only visitors of the Chairman/Members will be allowed entry subject to the approval of the concerned officers. In case a visitor has prior appointment, the concerned private secretary will intimate the Receptionist to this effect well in time.
--- The FBR chiefs requiring entry of any visitor in the FBR premises may inform the private secretary of the Member so that the personal staff of the Member intimates the receptionist well in time for arranging entry.
--- If the concerned officer is busy, the private secretary will convey suitable instructions to the receptionist in this regard so that the meeting of the visitors may be arranged at another appropriate time and date.
--- In case the meeting has previously been confirmed, an intimation regarding cancellation thereof should be given to the receptionist well before the appointment time. No officer/staff other than the Chairman/Members and chiefs is allowed to receive visitors. These instructions may please be strictly complied with by all concerned, the FBR circular added.
